From East Hampton to Southampton to Sag Harbor, Crosby Renwick is a buyer’s agent and listing agent who specializes in the “how to buy,” renovation, and construction for those looking to build or purchase the perfect Hamptons home. While originally from Montclair, New Jersey, and Barrington, Illinois, Crosby is now a trusted realtor in The Hamptons.
As a licensed real estate professional in the luxury market, Crosby understands the nuances of investing in the sometimes fickle Hamptons market. Real estate here is a lot like fashion––what’s hot can change fast. That’s why it’s beneficial to hire someone like Crosby, who takes a long-term view of the market trends and guides his clients into decisions that will stand the test of time.
Crosby emphasizes delivering transparent, honest, authentic, and dedicated service to his clients so that they see him as a partner who takes the lead, going above and beyond from beginning to end.
Crosby became a licensed realtor five years ago, beginning by working with Brown Harris Stevens and then moving to Compass, but has been renovating and building homes for almost two decades. He earned his M.B.A. at Michigan State and has done multiple gut renovations along with building three houses. Crosby is immensely proud of the homes he’s constructed, which he has wanted to do his entire life.
A single father of one furry son (a black lab named Sydney), Crosby enjoys an easygoing lifestyle in New York, where the agricultural areas are sprawling and beautiful. He serves on the board of the Sag Harbor Community Housing Trust and the Bridgehampton Citizens Advisory Committee. He is also a warden at St. Ann’s Episcopal Church in Bridgehampton.
