Welcome to Easthampton

A beautiful and exclusive New England beach town filled with luxury and sophistication

East Hampton is a historic community that has done an excellent job of preserving its storied past while still becoming one of the most sought-after markets in the country. It’s a destination where the well-to-do come to vacation, shop, dine, and take advantage of some of the best beaches in America. The area is also a fantastic place to raise children.

East Hampton includes the eastern half of Sag Harbor, Wainscott, East Hampton Village, Springs, Wainscott, Amagansett, and Montauk. Celebrities, artists, and weekenders converge here alongside full-time residents who want to take advantage of the quiet off-season and great school system.

With a multitude of notable residents, a busy social calendar of fundraisers and tennis tournaments, and some of the most exclusive addresses, East Hampton is perhaps the most exclusive East End enclave. East Hampton properties offer a mix of old-world charm and new money glamour.

People & Lifestyle:

Many people in East Hampton are seasonal owners, but there are a good amount of full-time residents who love the quiet of fall, winter, and spring in The Hamptons. The area is home to many celebrities and successful individuals, and the community is relatively close-knit once you get to know your neighbors. There are many charity fundraisers hosted by notable residents, and the area has a very full social calendar.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping:

Nick and Toni’s is the go-to hotspot of the area. This beloved eatery is frequented by celebrities and has a long waiting list to get in during the summers. The team behind Nick & Toni’s owns four other area restaurants, including Coche Comedor and La Fondita in Amagansett, Rowdy Hall in East Hampton, and Townline BBQ in Sagaponack.

Montauk Brewing Company is a great spot to grab a beer and some light bites. Montauk’s beachfront resort, Gurney’s, is also home to Scarpetta Beach, a high-end Italian restaurant that offers both exceptional cuisine and an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. The 1770 House is a Colonial inn that offers two restaurants - fine dining upstairs and casual tavern fare downstairs. For prepared meals, pies, produce, and more, head to Round Swamp Farm, a quaint market owned by a family of farmers and fishermen.

Main Street is lined with fabulous shops like Reformation, AERIN, and Kirna Zabête, making this a wonderful shopping destination during all seasons.
